Your one-week countdown to a BRILLIANT presentation
Are you a glossophobe? If you live in fear of having to stand up and speak in front of a
group of people, yes, you are! But here’s the antidote to that fear.
Based on her dynamic workshops and on the techniques she uses
in one-to-one coaching, redbird Hazel Walker has put together a range of simple exercises
and activities that show you how to prepare not just
yourself but also a brilliant presentation in around one hour a day, in one week.
The wheel of life
As a coach, I help my clients to identify their goals, but in the absence of coaching sessions where we could talk and I’d help you, working through the Wheel of Life exercise is a great way for you to focus and to tease out what it is you’re really looking for.
There are many reasons for wanting or needing to set goals: you might be thinking “there must be more to life than this” but maybe you’re not clear about what the “more” actually is.
You might just be feeling that everything’s flat and you can’t work up any enthusiasm for anything much.
Your work life balance may have gone haywire and you’re too stressed to figure out how to get the balance back.
The Wheel of Life is a great way to clarify what’s important to you and help you to decide what your goals will be and how you’ll go about achieving them.
