Frequently asked questions
Q. What is coaching? A. Simply, it’s a way of getting the best out of you. Think of a brilliant sportsman on his best day – he’s in the “zone” and his coaches help him to get there whenever he wants to.
Q. Will you give me advice? A. No, but I’ll help you to clarify what you want to achieve and how you can achieve it and I’ll support you as you progress.
Q. Is coaching the same as therapy? A. No. Coaching looks forward rather than back. Coaching can complement therapy but it follows a different process.
Q. How long does it take? A. I recommend six sessions, at regular intervals, in person or by phone or by email. It’s up to you – we can work out the best plan for you.
Q. How can I find out more? A . Check out the coaching options I offer, or drop me a mail and I’ll be happy to answer any more questions you have, and work out a programme that suits you.
Q. How much does it cost? A. Our fees are £150 an hour for phone coaching, £200 an hour for face to face coaching. We also have a range of off-the-shelf packages. Start witha free 20-minute conversation about what coaching can do for you.
