Coaching fees

Coaching begins with a free 20-minute phone conversation with redbird’s Hazel Walker for you to find out if you want to commit to the changes your coaching journey will inevitably bring to your life.

After that, we charge a flat hourly fee of £150 for phone coaching, £200 for face-to-face coaching either at your business premises*, or the Redbird Consultation rooms in Leigh on Sea, Essex. 

We can tailor a package of sessions to suit you or you may find one of our off-the-shelf packages is just what you need:

GPS Coaching £300: where are you now and where do you want to be? One two-hour phone consultation to start you on your personal journey to the life you want to live, with follow-up notes, action plan and goal-setting

The Big Issue £350: intensive phone coaching on the issue you must resolve quickly: one two-hour session and one one-hour follow-up session.

Crisis management £350: Find your way out of a maze/ reach a decision/ cope with an issue/ recover from a blow/ get ready for a challenge. Two 90-minute phone consultations, with follow-up notes, action plan and goal setting.

Silver coaching package £750: 4 face-to-face one-hour sessions with comprehensive notes, email and phone back-up

Gold coaching package £850: 4 face-to-face + 2 one-hour phone sessions with comprehensive notes, email and phone back-up.

Confidence Express £500: boost your confidence quickly and efficiently with five one-hour phone consultations over two weeks, free confidence workbook, comprehensive notes, email and phone support

Presentation breakthrough £500: structure, rehearsal and coaching on your own presentation. Three face-to-face sessions with notes, feedback, video clips, email and phone support.
